GTM Recruiter for London & EMEA (AI Finance)

Rogo is hiring for a dedicated GTM recruiting lead to establish and scale our London and European presence. You will own end-to-end hiring for SDRs, Account Executives, and GTM Associates, coordinating across time zones and stakeholders to ensure fast, high-quality hires.

You will partner with our co-founders to shape hiring priorities, refine best practices for the London/European market, and build a compelling employer brand for GTM roles in the region.
