GTM Onboarding & Ramp Coach

Civica is seeking a GTM/Sales Onboarding Specialist to design and deliver onboarding experiences for new Sales hires. You will coordinate access, tools, and schedules, and run live sessions to ensure a smooth start.

You'll partner with Talent Acquisition, People, and L&D to support the first 90 days, monitor ramp, and flag risks early while embedding Civica values throughout the onboarding journey.
