GTM AI & Systems Leader - Scale Revenue Tech

360Learning is seeking a senior leader to own the internal AI operating model for GTM, shaping how AI augments Salesforce, marketing automation, and CS tooling. You will partner with Data, Enablement, Security and Finance to design the target state, prioritize builds vs buys, and drive adoption across distributed teams.

You will coach five senior ICs, run end-to-end vendor evaluations, and craft a 12-18 month roadmap aligned to revenue goals with measurable outcomes and clear ownership.
