Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Monday - Friday

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented GRP Kiosk Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling kiosk units with precision and efficiency, ensuring each product meets quality standards and safety regulations. Your hands-on skills and mechanical knowledge will contribute to the successful production of high-quality kiosks that serve diverse customer needs. Responsibilities
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and surface mount technology equipment to assemble kiosk components accurately and efficiently
Follow detailed assembly instructions, technical diagrams, and safety protocols to ensure high-quality output
Install electrical components, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and mechanical parts into kiosk units
Conduct routine inspections during assembly to identify defects or issues, making adjustments as needed
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot electrical or mechanical problems during the assembly process
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity
Complete documentation for each assembled unit, including quality checks and process logs
Experience
Proven experience in assembly work, preferably within electronics or mechanical manufacturing environments
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and surface mount technology (SMT) processes
Basic electrical experience, including understanding wiring diagrams and electrical components
Mechanical knowledge related to assembling complex equipment or machinery
Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus
Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions accurately
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues during assembly
