Growth Strategist - Cross-Sell & Activation Lead

Funding Circle is seeking a Growth-focused professional to help more small businesses access its products. You will own the cross-sell strategy across the existing customer base and drive activation for FlexiPay and the Credit Card.

Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Product and Tech, you will push commercial growth, enable adoption, and analyse campaign performance to continually improve growth initiatives, including identifying AI use cases and applying advanced prompting techniques.
