The Role

Oddbox is on a mission to fight food waste and make it easier for people to eat well with the planet in mind. Our next big step? Launching a new meal solution that puts rescued veg centre-stage. This role will help us bring the first version of that idea to life.

We're looking for a passionate Growth Product Manager to lead the delivery and iteration of the MVP for our new meal solution proposition. This role will sit at the centre of the project bringing clarity, coordination, and momentum to cross-functional workstreams spanning product, procurement, operations, tech, marketing, customer and commercial.

You'll make sure the MVP is delivered on time and to a high standard. After launch, you'll help us learn quickly, improve with clear intent and scale the MVP rapidly.

This is a unique opportunity to build something new from the ground up, work across the business, and make a real impact - for people, planet, and plate.

This role reports directly to Emilie, the CEO and co-founder.

Primary Responsibilities

You'll bring structure, energy and focus to a complex, fast-moving project - and help make sure what we build is desirable, scalable, and commercially sound.

Some of the key things you'll own:

Creating (and keeping on track) a detailed MVP project plan, mapping all workstreams, owners, deliverables, milestones and dependencies

Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, action and accountability across the project lifecycle

Project governance and risk management - running regular status updates, flagging risks, and keeping teams focused on critical path

Coordinating activities across the Desirability-Viability-Feasibility model. We use this model to guide early product development, ensuring what we build is:

Desirable: Work with freelance research/insight lead to capture customerfeedback and inform post-launch iterations

Feasible: Help assess operational and delivery capabilities - can we deliver this reliably at scale?

Viable: Support commercial and financial modelling to evaluate unit economics and pricing feasibility

Post-launch, you'll lead the insight-to-iteration loop, making sure learnings from the MVP are fed back into decisions about what we improve, pivot or scale.

Keeping the proposition grounded and scalable, balancing speed with rigour and short-term MVP goals with long-term business potential -making sure this MVP is just the start of something much bigger.

What we're looking for

You're a sharp, organised and collaborative problem-solver -someone who thrives in ambiguity and brings others with them.

Essential Skills & Experience:

2-3 years product management experience

Experience running cross-functional projects or early-stage product launches (bonus if in D2C, food, or consumer startups)

Strong project management skills - planning, aligning, delivering

A bias for clarity, action, and iteration

Familiarity with Desirability-Viability-Feasibility models (or something similar)

Confidence working with numbers, pricing models, and commercial trade-offs

Excellent communication - you keep things moving without losing people along the way

AI literate

Nice to have:

Experience in food, D2C, or subscription businesses

Worked on MVPs or lean product development

Exposure to customer insight, experimentation, or rapid testing
