Growth Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial Growth Product Manager with a passion for lifecycle marketing to help grow and support the customer experience across our services. The Growth Product Manager will work with a wide variety of functional teams across apps to identify, strategize, and define new opportunities to enhance the customer's experience of our services, focusing on bringing new customers into the ecosystem and retaining them. Key Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7+ years of experience as a marketing-focused product manager; B2C advertising/marketing technology experience is a plus
- Deep understanding of growth product management, with experience in subscription and/or recurring revenue business models
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to build a vision and tell a compelling story that inspires and influences cross-functional partners at all levels
- Motivated, creative, problem solver who proactively seeks solutions
- Experience in analyzing details to identify new opportunities using existing capabilities
- Successful track record in driving impact within matrixed organizations through partnership and collaboration
- Experience managing complex, international, time-sensitive projects
- Ability to create, build, and maintain positive relationships, with flexibility and a good sense of humor
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams including product, marketing, engineering, analytics, operations, QA, business development, and design
- Optimize and overhaul consumer-facing marketing flows across the subscription lifecycle: acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and winback
- Gather business requirements and use cases from various teams, identifying key capabilities across marketing platforms
- Partner with the Customer Lifecycle team to develop a best-in-class growth program
- Build compelling presentations that convey a vision and inspire organization-wide support
- Propose creative solutions while considering known limitations and resource constraints
- Prioritize initiatives and advocate for the roadmap, driving work across functions
- Measure and analyze KPIs to identify optimization opportunities over time
