Nasdaq is looking for a Growth Marketing Senior Specialist to supercharge growth across the customer lifecycle for the EMEA region. This is an exciting opportunity to own a multifacted marketing strategy and work cross-functionally to deliver business impact to take activation plans from start to finish.
This role is responsible for strategizing data-informed multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive effective Return-On-Investment and accelerate revenue growth throughout all stages of the buyer's journey. Reporting to the Global Director of Growth Marketing for Corporate Solutions, this role will need to lock steps with revenue leaders, sales managers, and BDRs in achieving shared revenue targets.
Your role and responsibilities

From lead acquisition to driving customer upsell and cross-sell, you support the growth marketing engine for EMEA, with focus in specific target markets.
Local Marketing Strategy
- Understand the overarching strategy and ensure alignment with business, sales and marketing priorities. Own marketing KPIs for the region.
- Develop strategies to build a healthy and active demand funnel for the business. Monitor and maintain sustainable full buyer funnels, activate and lead the chain of actions when needed.
- Build regional marketing plans in collaboration with Portfolio, Content and Campaign teams.
- Work directly with sales across all product segments to maintain lead and conversion SLAs, forecast opportunities and resolve risks.
- The go-to expert for local association partnerships, industry trends, regulatory updates and competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with local business community and media organizations.
- Clearly identify priorities and work quickly to accommodate strategic pivots and market changes
- Present weekly and quarterly updates for: channel efficiency, ROI and KPI performances, trends, third-party organization SWOT analysis, and learnings
Field Marketing Execution
- Collaborate with Campaign Center of Excellence and Digital team to design, activate and monitor demand-gen channels performance as part of your campaigns to generate leads and improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities: Email, PPC, SEO, nurture programs, advertising, webinars, etc.
- Support regional in-person events in partnership with global Events strategy team. Own the pre- and post-event marketing materials, and guide sales and marketing follow-up strategy, with the goal to generate maximum returns on investment. This position may occasionally require working or traveling outside of hours (including some weekends)
- Work closely with the Sales Development and Inside Sales teams to provide upper funnel high quality lead flow and optimize channels based on lead quality feedback
- Collaborate with sales to understand local content needs and work with Content Marketing to solution for gaps quickly and at pace with needs
Reporting, Optimization & Stakeholder Management
- Monitor and report campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs, including responses generated, MQLs, SAL, pipgen and closed Sales.
- Work with Digital Marketing to generate and monitor demand-gen channel ROI: clicks, web visitors, video views, collateral downloads, leads, initial sales conversations, revenue, etc.
- Establish and maintain a regular reporting cadence of key metrics
- Maintain a documentation of campaigns using campaign brief template, demand-gen channels, assets, vendors, reporting tools. Use project management tool to manage deliverables
- Follow centralized process to ensure workflow efficiency and communicate with stakeholders and managers timely for visibility
You will need the following qualifications.
- 5 years of experience in owning marketing and demand-gen functions
- Experienced working with Sales on a daily basis and having a proven record of influencing decision-making
- Experienced in activating marketing demand-gen channel and their reporting: nurture emails, PPC, LinkedIn, advertising, content syndication, events, webinars
- Solid understanding of the lead stages and sales funnel, from lead to opportunities
- Strong working knowledge with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a minimally supervised, fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to analyze issues from multiple perspectives and derive pragmatic and comprehensive solutions to problems
- Team player who can communicate effectively and energetically, bringing forth ideas, plans, and strategies to other stakeholders
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams & multiple division stakeholders
