Growth-Focused Customer Success Manager, EMEA

Contentful is hiring a Customer Success Manager, Growth (f/m/d) to work with our EMEA customers, ensuring they extract maximum value from our platform and receive an exceptional experience. You will drive customer programs at scale, collaborate with product, sales, and marketing, and influence customer health scores while supporting renewal efforts.

You will engage across a fast-paced book of business, translate insights into product feedback, and travel about 10% annually for onsite meetings.
