Growth-Focused Customer Success Manager

Datadog in Ireland is seeking a Customer Success Manager to proactively drive onboarding, build strong relationships across our existing customer base, and identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.

You will advocate for the customer internally, work with Sales and cross-functional teams, monitor usage, reduce renewal risk, and demonstrate clear value of Datadog's observability platform to ensure long-term partnerships.
