Growth-Driven Product Manager: Customer Lifecycle

The Times Media Product Team, part of News UK, is seeking a Product Manager, Customer, to shape strategy, design, and execution of the customer lifecycle. You will own the roadmap for subscriber growth and retention across key moments in the reader journey.

You will collaborate across Marketing, Customer Growth, Data Tech, Engineering, Editorial and Commercial teams to balance subscription economics with a world-class experience, delivering measurable impact on lifetime value and retention.
