Growth-Driven Operations Leader for Staffing & Services

AuxiliaGroup is recruiting an Operations Manager for a permanent role based in Dublin. You will lead day to day operations across all divisions, work with the MD to execute growth plans and ensure workforce availability meets client demand.

You will oversee contractors and temporary staff, deliver revenue and profitability targets, monitor KPIs and operational reporting, and drive efficiency, productivity and continuous improvement while developing high performing teams.
