Growth-Driven Head of Marketing & PR

Agincare Weymouth is seeking a Head of Marketing & PR to shape the next chapter of growth from our Dorset headquarters. You will own the Group Marketing & PR function, guiding strategy and campaigns that drive enquiries, occupancy and brand awareness across a national organisation.

You will lead digital acquisition, PR, events and partnerships, manage budgets and external agencies, and build a high-performing team.
