Job Description
Responsibilities Lead and direct all paid search campaigns across major platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Apple Search Ads.
Requirements
- Educational Background: A degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Extensive Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in paid search marketing, with an excellent track record in web and app growth.
- Industry Advantage: Prior experience in Finance and Tech is a plus.
- Platform Use: Demonstrated deep expertise in Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and SA360, coupled with proven success in scaling campaigns globally.
- Innovation Mindset: A demonstrable passion for innovation, continuous learning, and driving excellence within the paid search landscape.
- Analytical Mindset: Possess a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to effectively interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Financial Management: Proven experience in effectively managing multi-million dollar budgets across diverse channels and platforms to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Leadership Capabilities: Leadership and team management skills, including the capacity to mentor, inspire, and guide a team while also excelling as an individual contributor and leading by example.
- Communication Skills: Confident communication and presentation abilities, enabling the clear expression of performance metrics and strategic direction to senior stakeholders.
