Growth Architect (US & MX) - Performance Marketing

Lendable is looking for a Senior Growth Manager (Performance Marketing) to drive D2C acquisition in the US and Mexico. You will own channel strategy, manage multi-channel budgets, and build scalable playbooks in two distinct markets.

You'll lead a creative engine, translate insights into briefs for creators, and continuously optimise attribution and measurement to maximise CAC efficiency.
