Growth & Marketing Leader for Playbook - Flexible

Better Collective is seeking a Head of Marketing & Growth for Playbook to own the full marketing function and drive new user acquisition and retention. You will collaborate with the GM of Playbook, product, analytics, design and engineers to set strategy, execute campaigns, optimize spend, test ideas, and plan go-to-market for new features.

The ideal candidate has 6-8+ years in marketing/growth, experience in sports betting or affiliate/media, a proven CAC/LTV track record, and hands-on GTM
