Growth Analytics Lead - Customer Lifecycle

Zilch is seeking a Senior Leader to head a team of product analysts focused on Customer Growth and Lifecycle. You will own analytics strategy, partner with product leadership, and influence roadmaps while driving cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Risk, Finance, and Data teams.

You will manage 3-4 analysts, building experiments and dashboards to link data insights to commercial outcomes. This role demands strong storytelling and hands-on leadership in a fast-growing fintech.
