Growth Account Manager, Capital Markets Tech (London)

Harrington Starr in London is looking for a Junior Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of 10-12 client accounts, driving ARR growth and expanding multi-year renewals. You'll spot cross-sell opportunities and work with a product specialist on configuration to capture client needs.

You'll monitor account health, report on retention and NPS, and build strong relationships across sales, product and leadership, presenting updates to senior stakeholders as required.
