We are currently seeking experienced Marine Grouters for a major grout mattress installation project commencing September 2025 in Erith.

About the Role:

You'll be joining a skilled and safety-conscious team working on a marine infrastructure project involving the placement of grout mattresses. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with proven experience in marine construction and grouting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out precision grouting for underwater mattress systems

  • Operate grouting pumps and associated marine equipment

  • Work closely with dive teams and marine engineers

  • Maintain high safety and environmental standards

  • Ensure work is completed to technical specifications and deadlines

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marine grouting, preferably with grout mattresses

  • CSCS card (essential)

  • Confined space and marine safety certifications (desirable)

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

  • Right to work in the UK
