Groups Reservations Lead - Revenue Focus

The Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington is seeking a Groups Reservations Supervisor to lead the groups team in handling incoming group inquiries, rate quotes, contracts and deposits, and to maximise revenue through accurate information and efficient processing.

You will supervise Group Block Space allocations, quote and admin group bookings, and ensure Fidelio and Opera systems are used correctly; a proactive, detail driven communicator with strong organisation is needed.
