Groupage Planner - European Road Freight

Location: Leeds Full Time Permanent

We're looking for an experienced Groupage Planner to join a well-established International Logistics Company based in Leeds.

With 150+ employees across multiple UK locations, this is a stable, growing business offering long-term career opportunities within European road freight.

This role is ideal for a Groupage Planner, Road Freight Planner, or Export Truck Planner who enjoys building efficient loads, working with European networks, and delivering excellent service to customers.

The Role

As Groupage Planner, you'll be responsible for planning and coordinating European groupage road freight movements, ensuring optimal trailer utilisation and smooth day-to-day operations.

You'll work closely with customers, hauliers, and internal teams to ensure shipments move on time and to plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage European groupage road freight movements
• Maximise trailer capacity using accurate weights and dimensions
• Coordinate daily export planning for road freight services
• Liaise with customers and hauliers to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor movements and resolve any planning or service issues
• Deliver a high level of customer service

Salary & Benefits

• £27,000 - £37,000 (dependent on experience)
