Group Tax Manager - Interim

Location: London - City of London office, 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage outsourced corporate and partnership tax compliance with global advisors.
• Review returns and liaise with advisors on queries.
• Ensure partners' tax returns are accurate and address queries.
• Liaise with HMRC.
• Support on transfer pricing and thin capitalisation issues.

Qualifications

The successful candidate should have experience across corporate and partnership tax, with transfer pricing and additional taxes considered advantageous. The role requires strong autonomous working skills and prior experience in an international organisation.
