Group Reservations Lead - Hospitality & Events

Caspertron Ltd. is seeking a Group Reservations Manager in Manchester to drive bookings and revenue across multiple venues. You will own the enquiry-to-booking journey, build relationships with corporate clients and ensure a seamless guest experience from start to finish.

In this role you will lead a small reservations team, hit ambitious revenue targets, and collaborate closely with the Sales & Events function to expand opportunities in the Manchester market and our venues' product offers.
