We are now looking for a Group Operations Manager to join our group. This role is a diverse mix of office-based tasks; whilst also keeping a hand in the operation by working within our venues at key times to ensure standards and quality is delivered. This role would suit a task driven person who has a focus on delivery of routines and processes; all whilst under the stewardship of the Operations Director.
As our Group Operations Manager you will:
- Report to the Head of Operations supporting all operational matters across a diverse portfolio of businesses, currently 10 venues
- Support Ops Projects from conception to execution
- Support & co-ordinate our Operations Support & Relief teams
- Support the delivery of all operational goals;
- standards, product, guest experience, team experience, financial targets
- Train & measure venue teams on operational standards
- Be front line at peak trading times in venues supporting, measuring and trouble-shooting - relentless in the delivery of our guest experience.
- Provide advice & recommendations to Ops colleagues.
- Work within the Openings Team to deliver refurbs, new openings and acquisitions.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Experience working within a group operations team
- Demonstrable experience covering guest experience, cost control, margin, labour control, standards, people and product
- A drive for process and routine
- A real purpose for detail and quality across all areas of operations
- Track record of achieving goals & delivery of targets
- High levels of emotional intelligence and strong listening skills
- Experience leading remote teams and working with senior colleagues driving a high-performance culture

You will also need a full clean driving license and access to a car.
