FTV International and Proclad Induction Bending is seeking a Group Operations Manager to lead and optimise our oil and gas operations. The role focuses on delivering safe, compliant, and high-performance operations across Glenrothes group sites, with accountability for KPIs, budgets and supplier performance.

You will drive continuous improvement, develop leadership across sites, and ensure alignment with group standards while maintaining a strong safety culture and regulatory compliance.
