What you create with us

• Ensure IT governance via effective and efficient IT governance processes, in close collaboration with BSR-wide corporate governance and IT management
• Initiating, deriving and developing viable strategies and concepts for the development, implementation and follow-up of all IT governance and control processes, including comprehensive quality assurance
• Establishing both cross-departmental and internal IT governance processes including KPIs (COBIT framework) and their continuous improvement
• Leading, managing and controlling the IT management group, both organizationally and functionally
• Regular reporting to department management and the entire IT management team
• Coordinating and managing topic-related projects in close cooperation with ongoing projects

What you bring with you

• Completed university education (FH diploma / bachelor's degree) in economics, business informatics or a comparable field and at least 4 years of proven professional experience in an equivalent position
  
  or
  
• Completed scientific higher education (university diploma / master's degree) in economics, business informatics or a comparable field of study or recognition as "other employee"
• Many years of management experience and several years of digital leadership in an IT context
• At least five years of proven professional experience in an equivalent activity in the field of ensuring IT governance via central IT control processes, management and quality assurance according to current standards - from analysis and conception to rollout and continuous further development
• Many years of proven professional experience in enterprise IT governance and control processes (e.g. IT finance and controlling, IT risk management, IT compliance, IT process and performance management, quality management, data protection, IT audits, IT license and contract management as well as IT service provider management)
• Experience in project collaboration and support in IT projects and projects with an IT component
