Group IT Project Manager

Salary: Up to £40,000 (based on 35 hours)

We are on the lookout for an ambitious individual to join our IT and Change Department as an IT Project Manager, where you would be responsible for leading and contributing on IT and Change projects within the Group, in line with the department and company objectives.

This role is Full-Time, based on 35 Hours per week, and we are also fully office-based in Byker, Newcastle.

Responsibilities

• As an Group IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for creating, managing and executing project plans to agreed timescales and measure progress.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
• Work collaboratively with the wider IT and Change Department to ensure output of all IT projects.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously at various stages of execution.
• Identify and manage any associated risks and contingency plans.
• Monitoring and reporting on project performance.
• Ensure adherence to timeframes to successfully meet milestones.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to work out of hours as and when required for urgent development work/project implementation.
• Ensure compliance with Information Security Policies including data confidentiality and the operational security of the Information Systems used.
