Group HR Generalist & Trusted People Partner

KERV Capital is seeking a Group HR Advisor/Generalist based in the UK, with office-based work and travel between Leeds, London and Guisborough as required. You will support the Senior Leadership Team on HR matters, ensure HR compliance and drive consistent practices across the group.

You will build management capability, design training, and monitor legislation changes to keep policies up to date. The role reports to the Group COO and offers a competitive salary dependent on experience.
