Location: Split between two sites in Kidderminster / Wyre Forest area
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
Salary: Up to £42,000 DOE
Fully Site Based. Own Transport Essential

We're recruiting for a Group HSE Advisor to join a well established manufacturing business where safety is about people, not paperwork. This is a highly visible role where you'll be working alongside teams, understanding how things really happen, and helping to shape a positive, practical safety culture.
The RoleWorking closely with another HSE Advisor and the wider Compliance team, you'll be a key presence across two busy sites. This is a hands on, people first role where your impact will be seen and felt daily.
Responsibilities- Building strong, trusted relationships with colleagues at all levels
- Acting as a visible and approachable H&S partner on the shop floor
- Supporting and coaching teams to improve behaviours - not policing from afar
- Investigating incidents and near misses with a focus on learning, not blame
- Delivering engaging toolbox talks and informal safety conversations
- Carrying out audits and inspections that genuinely add value
- Using data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
- Supporting wider health, wellbeing, environmental and quality initiatives
- Out on site, not behind a desk
- Alongside people, not just processes
- With a practical, common sense approach to safety
- Confidently challenging where needed but always with respect
- Using modern, digital SHEQ systems to support your work

- NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) as a minimum
- Experience in a Health & Safety role within manufacturing, logistics, or similar
- Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation
- Confidence delivering face to face engagement and training
- Experience using digital safety management systems
- Ability to interpret data and turn insights into action
