Group Health & Fitness Manager - Lead Community Wellness

Your Trust in Rochdale is seeking a Group Health and Fitness Manager to lead, develop and monitor our health and fitness offer across sites. You will oversee a diverse gym and group exercise programme and implement digital solutions to enhance the member journey and support retention.

The role requires a Level 4 fitness qualification or equivalent, leadership and budgeting experience, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
