Group Head of Marketing & Brand Growth

The Brownsword Group is seeking a Group Head of Marketing in Bath to lead brand evolution, guest demand initiatives and commercial marketing across the collection. You will report to the CEO and shape how stories are told, brands grow, and marketing drives revenue and direct bookings.

You will steer a high-performing team, collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, and influence pricing, campaigns and analytics to maximise group performance.
