Group Head of Finance

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the full finance function across multiple entities and geographies
• Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and outsourced finance partners
• Ensure strong cash flow management and working capital control
• Own monthly management accounts across multiple entities and countries, including consolidation
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Maintain robust financial controls, compliance, and audit readiness
• Provide financial insight and decision support to the CEO
• Provide timely monthly and quarterly reports to the CEO and the Board

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA)
• Strong hands on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) is essential
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in finance, including leadership roles in multi entity or international environments
• Experience in SME or growing organizations with hands on operational responsibility is strongly preferred
• Proven experience managing AR, AP, and operational finance processes
• Hands on, pragmatic approach with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
