Overview

Morgan Philips is delighted to be partnering with a leading client in the search for a Head of Corporate Reward. This is a pivotal role, responsible for shaping and delivering global compensation strategies that not only attract and retain top talent but also ensure compliance and alignment with the company's strategic objectives. You will lead on executive remuneration, incentive design, and group-wide reward initiatives, providing trusted guidance to senior stakeholders and the Remuneration Committee.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a compelling global reward strategy.
  • Oversee high-profile projects such as M&A integration.
  • Champion continuous improvement through innovation and digitalisation.
  • Lead on executive pay, employment law, incentives and international reward frameworks to combine strategic vision with hands-on delivery.
  • Provide trusted guidance to senior stakeholders and the Remuneration Committee.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Commercially astute, influential leader with a proven track record in executive reward, global compensation and regulatory governance.
