As the business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Group Head Chef to provide leadership across our kitchen operations, supporting our teams while maintaining the high standards our guests expect.
The RoleReporting to the Executive Chef & Head of Operations the Group Head Chef will be responsible for the overall leadership, performance and development of the kitchen teams across the business.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll be expected to lead by example, support services where required and ensure consistency, quality and operational excellence across multiple concepts.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate and develop the kitchen teams across all sites.
Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation and consistency.
Work alongside the Executive Chef on menu development and seasonal changes.
Manage food GP and labour costs, identifying opportunities to improve performance.
Recruit, train and develop chefs at all levels.
Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety and company procedures.
Build strong supplier relationships and oversee ordering and stock management.
Drive a positive, professional and supportive kitchen culture.
Support service where required and provide operational leadership across the business.
About YouYou'll be an experienced Head Chef or Group Head Chef with strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for developing people.
You'll also have:
Proven experience leading high-performing kitchen teams.
Strong financial understanding, including food GP and labour management.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
A calm, hands-on leadership style.
High standards of food quality and presentation.
A good understanding of food safety legislation and kitchen compliance.
The ability to work collaboratively with senior management and the Executive Chef.
