Group Head Chef - Lead Multi Site Kitchens & Teams

Kota Collective is seeking an experienced Group Head Chef to lead our kitchen teams across multiple concepts in Porthleven. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will drive food quality, menus and operational standards while maintaining a hands-on leadership style.

You will manage food GP and labour, recruit and develop staff, and ensure compliance with food safety and company procedures. A strong leader with excellent communication skills is essential.
