Your new role

As Group Head of Internal Audit & Risk, you will be responsible for leading the internal audit and risk management function at a global level. You will define and implement the audit strategy, ensuring alignment with international standards and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning, coordinating, and executing internal audit activities across all business units and geographies
• Identifying and assessing risks, and ensuring the implementation of effective internal controls
• Reporting audit findings and risk assessments to senior management and the audit committee
• Developing and maintaining the enterprise risk management framework
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations
• Supporting the business in improving operational efficiency and governance practices
• Leading and mentoring a team of internal auditors, promoting a culture of integrity and continuous improvement
• Collaborating with external auditors and regulatory bodies when necessary
• Acting as a strategic advisor to the executive team on risk-related matters
• Managing international audit assignments and ensuring consistency in audit methodology globally

What you'll need to succeed

• University degree in Accounting, Audit, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in internal audit, with a strong background in publicly listed companies
• Solid knowledge of corporate governance, internal controls, and risk management frameworks
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Availability for frequent international travel
• Experience in multinational and matrixed environments is highly valued
• Professional certifications such as CIA, ACCA, or CPA are a plus
