When the crowd roars, the food has to be just as exciting! At Elior Stadia, we serve up epic matchday meals, gourmet hospitality, and fast, fresh stadium snacks - so fans can focus on the action while we handle the flavour.

We're looking for a dynamic, commercially minded Group General Manager to lead operational excellence across Dundee United FC and Dundee FC. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll take ownership of hospitality, retail, conferencing and events delivery across both stadiums, driving performance, consistency and long term commercial success.

What you'll be doing
  • Leading day to day operational delivery across both clubs, ensuring standards align with Elior's brand and business objectives.
  • Overseeing matchday hospitality and non matchday conferencing, banqueting and retail operations to a consistently high standard.
  • Driving commercial performance through strong financial planning, cost control, innovation and effective P&L management.
  • Building an engaged, high performing team culture across both sites, with clear accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Managing compliance across Health & Safety, COSHH, environmental policies and all legal requirements.
  • Maintaining strong communication, reporting and stakeholder relationships with both Clubs' leadership teams.
  • Acting as the primary link between Elior UK and both Clubs' Events teams to ensure seamless operational delivery.

Working Pattern: 5 Out of 7 Days 37.5 Hours Per Week
