Group General Counsel & Strategic Legal Leader

The Electricity Supply Board is seeking a Group Head of Legal to deliver best-in-class legal services across the Group. The role involves leading a team of over sixty legal professionals, providing strategic guidance, and managing compliance and governance matters.

Key responsibilities include leading the legal function, advising on governance policies, and enhancing service delivery. The ideal candidate is a qualified lawyer with substantial experience in a senior leadership role, strong negotiation skills, and excellent commercial awareness.
