Group Financial Accountant

Cutting edge Bolton based organisation are looking to recruit an newly created position for a Group Financial Accountant.

Reporting the Group FD you will be responsible for the following :

• Monthly consolidation and Group P&L and Balance Sheet reporting & analysis
• Development and group-wide implementation of accounting practices and policies
• Preparation of statutory accounts (under IFRS) and liaison with the auditors
• Liaison with tax advisers
• Preparation of cost budgeting and reporting processes
• Investment appraisal and RoI tracking
• Cash forecasting and optimisation
• Shareholder reporting, bank reporting and compliance with terms of bank and loan note agreements
• Proactive identification through analysis of areas for operational and/or financial performance improvement
• Regulatory reporting

You will be a qualified Accountant with strong technical skills and be able to demonstrate a keen ambition to drive their career forward. With strong influencing skills you will be a strong communicator with clear decision making abilities.
