Your new role
AsGroup Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end financialmanagement of the business, leading a team and ensuring accurate financialreporting, compliance, and strategic decision-making. You will providefinancial leadership, manage group consolidation, and drive operationalefficiencies across departments.

Key Responsibilities: Statutory & Group Financial Reporting - Lead thepreparation of statutory accounts and group financial statements, ensuringcompliance with IFRS/UK GAAP. Budgeting & Forecasting - Oversee thepreparation and analysis of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting. Strategic Financial Planning - Provide financial insights to supportbusiness growth and investment decisions. Process & Systems Improvement - Drive efficiencyimprovements in financial processes and reporting. Cash Flow & Treasury Management - Ensure strong cash flowforecasting and liquidity planning. Leadership & Team Management - Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering high performance and career development. Management of Transactional Finance Team - Oversee transactionalfinance functions, ensuring accuracy in accounts payable, accounts receivable,and financial reconciliations.

What you'll need to succeed
Strong technical accounting knowledge, including IFRS and UK GAAP. Proven experience in statutory and group financial reporting. Ability to partner with senior stakeholders to drive financial strategy. Strong leadership skills with experience managing a finance team. Expertise in financial systems and process improvement.
