Your new role
Leading a small team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day rigour of a busy finance function with accountability for the month end close whilst supporting the budgeting and forecasting process. You will have oversight for the statutory obligations of the company, whilst liaising with the auditors, in addition to ensuring the tax position of the business is duly accounted for in the correct manner. You will provide insightful management information which drives decision-making in both monthly meetings and daily interactions. As the company continues to scale, you will support a range of projects and process improvement initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant, eager to push your career in a fast-paced environment which will stretch your learning curve and skill set. You will bring a strong appreciation for the day-to-day management of a busy finance function and rise to the challenge of leading a small local team, providing guidance, coaching and mentorship as required. You will seek to join a business where there is plenty of scope for your remit in line with the ambitious growth plans of the organisation.
