Group Finance Manager - Fast Growth Digital Brand

Our client is a fast growth digital consumer brand, offering an exciting opportunity to join during a period of further investment and acquisitions planned for the next 3-5 years. A new opportunity exists for a high-calibre Group Finance Manager to join a high-performing, passionate team operating within a fast-paced, forward-thinking, entrepreneurial environment. The role is based in Central London, with just 2 days required in the office.

The role reports directly to the leadership team and involves participation in senior-level financial discussions, directly influencing the group finance function.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Supporting and managing all financial reporting and statutory accounting, including group consolidations.
2. Managing a team of 2 finance reports.
3. Working with IFRS 15, 16, and FRS 102 standards.
4. Developing controls and processes across the London team and international group.
5. Supervising and guiding junior team members.
6. Supporting mergers and acquisitions accounting.
7. Managing relationships with auditors.
8. Driving finance transformation projects as the business grows.
9. Supporting commercial and financial planning teams with ad hoc strategic projects.

The ideal candidate will be top-tier ACA/CA with an exceptional academic record and a proven success track record. A minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience is required.

Applicants should possess strong communication skills, the ability to liaise with and challenge senior leadership, and adopt a flexible, hands-on approach in a fast-growth SME environment.
