Responsibilities and Expectations

Lead and supervise group exercise classes, including planning, staff oversight, and member engagement. Adapt sessions to all fitness levels and ensure a positive, inclusive environment. Communicate effectively with team members and members to achieve fitness goals. Demonstrate customer service skills and a passion for health and fitness.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Hold a Level 2 or 3 CIMSPA qualification.
• Experience leading a team of instructors and delivering group exercises.
• Strong communication and interaction skills.
• Self driven, positive outlook, and customer service mindset.
