Group Director of Inclusion & Equity

East Kent Colleges Group is seeking an inspirational Group Director of Inclusion to lead a strategic, values-driven agenda that ensures every learner feels valued and supported to succeed. As a key link with the local authority, you will drive SEND compliance, curriculum strategy, and barrier-removal initiatives across EKC Group.

You will line-manage SEND staff (4-8) and work with the Assistant CEO to embed an inclusive, safeguarding-aware culture across campuses.
