Group Director of Inclusion & Belonging

East Kent Colleges Group is seeking a Group Director of Inclusion to champion inclusive learning across the group. The role leads on SEND compliance with local authorities, shapes curriculum strategy, and manages SEND specialists across sites.

The base site is flexible with travel to all campuses. A degree with QTS and substantial safeguarding experience are essential for this strategic leadership position.
