About the role
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented GroupCommunications Executive to join our small, dynamic team. This is afantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years'experience in communications, marketing, or digital content. You may have adegree in an unrelated field, what matters most is your passion forcommunications, creativity, and eagerness to learn.

In this role you will gain hands-on experienceacross internal and external communications, social media, web and contentmanagement, and analytics. You will benefit from exposure to a globalcommunications environment, working on a wide variety of projects with realimpact. It is also a great opportunity to contribute your ideas and help shapecontent that reflects and strengthens our brand and values

This a Hybrid role with 1-2 days per week in our Central London Office.

What you will do:
As our Group Communications Executive, you will provide essential supportacross internal and external communications, ensuring our messages engage,inform, and inspire.

• Create and schedule engaging,brand-aligned content for our social media channels
• Update and maintain content across our corporatewebsite and new internal platform, ensuring a user-friendly andimpactful experience.
• Support the planning and delivery ofinternal communications campaigns that connect our global teams.
• Use analytics tools to monitor engagement,measure success, and propose improvements
• Collaborate with colleagues across the world, adapting communications withcultural understanding and sensitivity
• Assist with general administrative tasksto keep the team running smoothly.

Who we are looking for:
• A degree in any subject, with demonstrable experiencein communications, social media, or content creation OR 1-2 years experience in a related role.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset witha strong desire to learn and grow
• The ability to craft compelling narratives across digital platforms
• Strong analytical skills - able to interpret data, understand user journeys,and evaluate content performance
• A collaborative team player who builds strongrelationships with ease.
• Good cultural awareness and communication skills suited to a globalorganisation
