Group Commercial Manager: Strategy, Governance & Growth

Bellway plc is seeking a Group Commercial Manager to strengthen the commercial function across the group. The role will anchor policy development, governance and reporting across divisions, ensuring robust budgeting, forecasting and risk management.

You will lead multi-divisional commercial activities, engage with senior stakeholders and drive cost discipline while embracing continuous improvement and diversity. Based in the North East or South West, with office-based work and travel as required.
