Group CFO: Strategic Finance Leader for a Global Portfolio

DealHub Ltd in London is seeking a Group Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy across a multi-billion-revenue international portfolio. The role reports to the Group CEO and requires hands-on, rigorous financial leadership within a decentralised matrix structure.

You will own capital structure, treasury, pension strategy, M&A, and governance, while partnering with the Board and PE investors. The position is London-based with 3-4 days on-site.
