Role and reportingThis is a new management role, reporting to Monzo's Group Company Secretary and working closely with the group governance and company secretarial team as part of Monzo's Legal & Board Governance Collective. The Board Support Manager will provide strategic and operational support to the boards of directors of the Monzo Group and its subsidiary companies in the UK, EU and US to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of boards and their committees. The role will supervise Board Support Assistants and interact closely with Monzo's Group and subsidiary directors and company secretaries to ensure a smooth flow of information across the Group.
The role involves managing the Board Support function, ensuring compliance with governance regulations, and acting as a key point of contact for board members and stakeholders.
