The Role

We're hiring a Group Account Director to lead some of our most exciting and high-growth accounts across lifestyle, entertainment, FMCG, food and drink. You'll be responsible for client relationships, strategic delivery, commercial growth, and ensuring the work hits both the brief and the culture.

You'll work closely with our Founder/MD and lead a high-energy and engaging team across communications, social and project delivery.

This role is built for someone who's equal parts strategic, commercially sharp and culturally fluent, someone who knows how to build trust in the boardroom and relevance in the feed.

Responsibilities

Client Leadership

  • Be the senior point of contact across flagship accounts
  • Build trusted relationships with CMOs, brand teams, and senior stakeholders
  • Understand client ambitions and translate them into sharp, actionable briefs
  • Bring a POV on brand, culture, audience and execution

Commercial & Organic Growth

  • Spot and grow organic opportunities across service lines
  • Own budgets, scopes and account P&L
  • Lead on proposals, renewals, and high-stakes pitches
  • Help shape the agency's revenue growth and forecasting
  • Success will be measured on client retention and account growth

Strategic Oversight

  • Partner with Strategy, Creative, and Production to ensure campaign excellence
  • Ensure every activation ladders back to brand, audience and cultural intent
  • Translate trends into commercial action

Team Leadership

  • Manage, mentor and upskill a multi-disciplinary team
  • Set the tone for agency pace, clarity and cultural relevance
  • Build a high-energy team culture that supports strong delivery and development
Qualifications
  • 8-10+ years of experience in marketing, brand, PR or culture-first agencies
  • Experience leading lifestyle, consumer or food & drink brands
  • Commercially sharp, culturally fluent and strategically strong
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain thriving client relationships
  • Comfort with pace, pressure, and creating work that earns attention and delivers results
  • Ability to guide junior teams while still getting hands-on when needed
  • Confident in the boardroom and in the brainstorm
